At Radiance, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isnβt right, weβre here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14-30 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be in original packaging
To start a return, contact us at radianceteamco@gmail.com with your order number.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos or videos as proof
We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Refunds
Once your request is approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5β10 business days for processing
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used products
- Items damaged by misuse
- Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
- For low-value items, we may offer a refund without requiring a return
